This is fine in a wilderness retreat where the objective is to get away from it all, but in a suburban setting? What moral message is the owner trying to convey? Lack of this basic amenity spoiled what was otherwise a great experience."

"The property is beautiful old vintage charm clean well kept. On a hot July month of 34-36C of outdoor activities, I was looking forward to bathe sleep refreshed. But the bedroom is maintained with a portable AC not enough to keep the room cool. I asked for an electric fan, the owner agreed to provide me but never did. We had to cut short the stay and booked with another hotel. If it wasn’t summer it wouldn't have mattered. Thank you always."

"The property was close to everything in Kelowna and the price was right… 5-10min drive to downtown and all the amenities in that area. The Residences are a 5min walk from groceries and restaurants as well. Room was perfect for my wife and i and plenty of parking. Staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. The only thing that was tricky was trying to control the thermostat and AC… there should be instructions on a paper or something available in the rooms that detail how to change the...

"Alfombras sucias, baño sucio, baño es tan pequeño que si te sientas en el wc no habré la puerta y pegas con la pared, además me pico algo y quedaron mis piernas llenas de ronchas, una semana después sigo con comezones, te venden el hotel con fotos buenas pero es terribles además se escucha el ruido de las habitaciones de alado, llegue por 3 noches y solo me quedé la primera, terrible hotel, mejor ve la Doble Tress by Marriott esta excelente, nuevo con 2 meses abierto."
