"Duvet had a stain. Room facilities on Expedia states bathrobes but there is actually a charge for these. The bathroom door slides and did not close properly leaving a huge gap. I was sharing with two friends and it made it difficult coming in and out of room if someone was in bathroom as could see in from the corridor of the hotel. Had to ask for tea & coffee and extra mug as only 2 mugs, one teabag and no coffee in a triple room. These were replenished to a better amount when room was cleaned...

"Property not convenient to U-Bahn and thus not convenient for visiting downtown. Staff very friendly and gracious but I often had to wait for service. Bar has nice selection of alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages but no decent food - and no very short walk restaurants. Nice breakfast buffet. Complimentary coffee available all day but stupid policy about not bringing big mugs to room."

"Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, ruhig, gross u d mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht, sondern in der praktischen Küchenzeile selbst zubereitet. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen."

"My junior king suite with a balcony overlooking the city was false promotion. There were two small, narrow platforms that were more like gangplanks with a view of the building across the street. No room for having breakfast outside and even if there was it wouldn’t have been at all nice."

"The staff are friendly. Clean room and have a billard room and game room where you can you 24/7. The place is near on public transport connect to the city and near to the airports. Room is air conditioned which is very nice on summer.Highly recommended "

"In spite it is not a very centric hotel, it has public transport to the center at 5', and the trip is not more than 15', so it is good value for money if you don't want to spend all yourbudget in the accomodation. The staff if really kind and they helped us with everything. The breakfast buffet good and complete."
