"One of the best holiday Inns I have stayed at. The free breakfast was a real plus as was the free parking for 24hrs followed by parking for £2 a day. For Portsmouth you can’t beat this hotel. Would highly recommend! "

"Amazing find for a night away. Right in the middle of Southsea surrounded by bars and restaurants. The hosts were amazing and the accommodation was spotless. We’ll definitely be back with our daughter to enjoy all of the facilities on offer. Thanks for having us!"

"Our second stay in this group of Boutique Hotels, and we were given a complimentary upgrade which was amazing!. The group of hotels have a small number of rooms, which makes them ideal for a quiet stay and the rooms are lovely and comfy. We had breakfast included which was nice and as part of their chain there is a local pub just up the road to have a meal in, should you choose. We had Sunday dinner there was lovely. The staff are all friendly and welcoming and helpful, overall 5 stars all day...

"We stayed for 2 nights and the room was superb. They also grant our request of extra bed. And the air conditioning was working well. Facilities (esp the pool) and food were excellent."

"The location is great. The insulation is very poor, i could hear the neighbours room the noise from the TV. The mattress is terrible, needs replacing as it was a little lumpy and bump so I couldn't get a good night's sleep for 3 days. The room was ok, the bathroom was very small just enough room for a shower and a toilet. It is walkable distance to the main historical area, the defence walls, the beautifu houses and the pubs on Spice Island so that was a bonus."

"I wasn't aware until I checked in online that the keycard was going to be in a lock box. All good though, seemless entry into property. The room was clean with kettle, coffee,tea, with UHT milk being replenished each day. Double bed with 3 good size pillows. The bathroom was nice, decent size shower, no issues with hot water. There was a fan supplied, which was great. TV worked fine once I worked out how to change channels. I believe there was a small share fridge and microwave in the...

"If you are interested in the Victory or the Mary Rose it is right across the street. Super great. Parking down the street was easy but prefer not to have to do it. But if you have to remote park, it wasn't a big deal. It was pretty easy."
