"The location is great the bathroom to our room was up some stairs from the bedroom the door opened out towards the stairs covering the handrail so could be a problem for some coming down the stairs from the bathroom.
The bedroom was also up flights of stairs
The mattress needs to go in the bin now!
Our backs are sore we are very tired from such a bad night sleep from the springs in the mattress
You can hear the trains but I expect that as it’s next to the station.

"Great location for sightseeing/shopping.All within a 15-20 min walk or 5 minutes by car.
Very basic welcome on reception.If a welcome at all!Departure was just the same.A simple “I hope you enjoyed your stay “ would have been appreciated but all the young man said was thanks when handing back the room cards.
The room was clean and compact.Space is an issue particularly in the shower/toilet.The toilet itself is at an awkward angle in the corner which I imagine would not be easy to use especially...
