"The staff was really nice and understanding, even though our japanese level wasn't wonderful. The baths are clean and you might book your slots for each of the private bath in the planning. You can go to the public bath related to your gender any time. The dinner was so exhilarating and a wonderful insight of the japanese culture and gastronomy as for the breakfast. Thank you very much !. However it might be uneasy for people in wheelchairs to access to this Ryokan."

"今回、母の卒寿のお祝いに宿泊しました。 夕食時にお花のプレゼントをいただき母は大変喜んでいました。タブレットで写メを撮っていただきチェックアウトに写真のプレゼントをしてくださいました。スタッフの方々は皆さん気持ちの良い細やかな対応サービスをしてくださいました。 お部屋はとても広くコスメなど良い物がセットされていました。お部屋に用意してくださったたくさんのお菓子やドリンク類に浴衣？羽織、巾着袋、籠草履、パジャマ、バスローブ調度品は至れり尽くせりでした。"

There are no dining options nearby and no restaurant at the hotel. Check-in is virtual and they are strict with the 3 pm check-in. Difficult to find or request taxis. "
