"The room and the view was spectacular. The bed extremely comfortable. The bathroom was really nice and modern. The reason for the lower rating was the restaurant. We had a bad experience. They reserve the tables for the local people. We were seated in the pub section close to the bar even though all other tables were empty. We arrived at 4pm, it was empty. We ended up between two wet and smelly dogs and getting poked by the gentleman standing at the bar behind us. The server was oblivious...

"We had a fantastic weekend stay here! The location is absolutely unbeatable for exploring Land’s End, Porthcurno Beach, and the Minack Theatre. Overall, everything was excellent—comfortable rooms, great service, and breathtaking coastal views. Highly recommended for a Cornwall getaway!"

Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. "

"We booked our 3-night non-refundable reservation through Expedia and the listing said that parking was included. When we received our welcome email from the property manager we learned that the free parking was only for stays of a week or longer. The parking lot is a 10-minute walk uphill from the flat, costs £11/day. The flat is cute although small, but very quiet with a comfortable bed and well equipped galley kitchen. "This pub was a great stop for us following a day of walking the SWCP. Very peaceful even though it is a pub. It is approximately 1 mile from Perranunthnoe, and SWCP. Bus 2 runs from right outside so ideal for connections to Penzance and Porthleven. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely return."

"Very close to the ferry to isles of scilly had 2 portions of ham egg and chips as we are gluten and dairy free and it was excellent enough to feed 4 Old building showing it's age .breakfast was very greasy .Gluten free bread was not nice"
