"This is a small apartment in a home, but you never feel like it! You have your own entrance, deck overlooking the river and parking space. Very clean, and many small amenities that make this place sweet, like oatmeal packets, coffee, west-bix, and a bit of chocolate! Pete met us and was super friendly and helpful. Said we could even use their pool if we wanted to! Many birds out the back, peaceful yard too. Loved it here. "

"Everything was clean and tidy with lovely big windows for letting the cool breeze in.I also enjoyed the outdoor patio area where I could sit with my cuppa and read my book.the host also had a selection of books available if you were interested."

"Very quiet area, but not in a very nice area. The cottage was very basically furnished however it served a purpose for an overnight stay. "

"After a lot of rain, unanble to drive to the tiny house, perhaps a gravel drive or path rather then muddy grass. Just a suggestion."

"Lovely big home, great location.We had a family event to attend at the Grafton Racecourse, it was walkable distance.We enjoyed coming back to the house and socialising on the wraparound verandah.Perfect for larger groups of friends or families."

"The property was clean and spacious with lots of space for up to 12 people. Furniture and fittings were of a high standard. The only downfall was the master bedroom ensuite was only able to be used for the toilet and vanity. It was fitted out with a very deep spa bath with a weird hand held shower "

"Immaculate property, very well presented. Everything you could possibly need was provided. The locations was perfect with direct access to the water. We had an amazing stay and would recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Yamba!"

"Loverly house, great location. Maclean an interesting, historic town. Central town to the greatest secondhand bookshop (Ulmarra), good beach (Yamba), quite fishing village (Iluka) and home to several good coffee shops."

"Amazing sunsets, cooling off in the pool, lots on in Yamba. A good couple of days. Wished we could have stayed longer. The house gets hot … so utilise the outdoors. And bring some aeroguard"

"Returning after stay in 2021. Very much enjoyed the house and outlook again. A couple of minor issues of Hot water appeared to be very limited not giving adequate to last person to shower out of 5 adults and one toilet didnt flush effectively. Thank you."
