Welcome to SEA-Nanigans. Plantation West Unit #1366. This charming condo is a gem waiting to be discovered by guests. This unit includes a cozy loft featuring a queen bed and a spacious living room with an additional queen bed. This tranquil retreat overlooks the pool and has a picturesque Gulf View. Enjoy modern amenities like WiFi, AC and Cable TV. Take advantage of the endless resort amenities, including multiple pools, hot tub, basketball courts and tennis courts. A quick walk takes you to the gorgeous white sand beaches of the Gulf and only steps away from the Kiva Dunes Golf Course. Located only 15 minutes from historic Fort Morgan and the Fort Morgan ferry. As well as only 15 minutes to the main tourist attractions in Gulf Shores. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings away from the hustle of Gulf Shores. Book your stay today!

497 Plantation Road, Gulf Shores, AL. 36542. Unit #1366.

Directions:
Head West on Fort Morgan Road until you reach Plantation Road (The Plantation Resort and Kiva Dunes sign on the south side of the road).
Take a left on Plantation Road and stay straight left until you reach the security booth. From the security booth take an immediate right and stay to the right until you reach a stop sign near the trash containers. Take a right at the stop sign and stay to your right. The building will be the first on your left before you reach the houses. Unit #1366 is on the third floor near the middle of the building. The elevators and grocery cart buggies are on the west side of the building. The trash containers are on the north east side of the building near the stop sign.

Side Notes:
There is an additional $35 parking pass required to pay at security upon arrival.

Please remember to bring “extra little things” as we do not provide extra toiletries, soaps, shampoos, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags or coffee filters.

Third level condo, which provides a great beach view. Easy access to beach, with miles of beach to walk. The condo was very nice. Had all the amenities, full kitchen, frig., stove, microwave. Upstairs bedroom with a view, downstairs bed. Beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend, will stay again.

It was exactly as the pictures showed. .very relaxing. beautiful view. There was a bit of a walk to the beach, but it wasn’t too bad. The only negative is that there are some things in the condo that need to be updated but overall a great stay

We absolutely loved the condo! Communication with the host was amazing, he answered any and all questions and even found my mistake when initially booking. The view from the balcony is amazing and relaxing for a morning coffee or afternoon wine! The hot tub is in a great location to the condo for a before bed soak! Thank you for sharing your amazing condo with us. Hopefully we can get back soon.

We didn’t want to leave! After reading old reviews, we were pleasantly surprised—there was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, & hot water. The shower was the perfect temperature after a hot beach day. The walk to the ocean was super quick (about 5 minutes past the pools & hot tub), & the security staff were all friendly. Jacob’s directions made check-in easy.Yes, the upstairs mattress was firm, but we brought a small pad & it worked great. Plus, the downstairs bed is softer for those who prefer that. We also loved having a box fan for white noise & airflow.The condo itself was adorable, quiet, & peaceful. Away from the hustle & bustle, yet still close enough to restaurants, a general store, & town if you wanted it. Even being above the pool, it was surprisingly quiet. The balcony view of the pool & ocean was beautiful.The kitchen had everything we needed—even a crock pot & blender. This place exceeded our expectations & cannot wait to return!!!

I was very disappointed that the walk to the beach was so far , so far I had to drive . And the buildings are NOT marked at all . Very confusing and the guard shack was NO help at all . Other than that the condo was nice .

Our stay was great for just 5 days. Jacob responded to messages quickly and was very helpful with any questions. The condo was just big enough for our group; the closet space helped keep luggage out of the floor. Our room was right above the pool and you can see the ocean if you go up stairs. The walk to the beach seemed like a trek the first day but wasn’t too bad when we found a closer place on the beach the following days. We easily had our groceries delivered and the drivers found the unit easily each time. I would recommend this place for a short stay!

The condo was extremely cute and nicely well maintained. I have two suggestions that would have made my stay even better. First, an upgrade to a SmartTV would have allowed me and my spouse to more easily watch what we wanted. Second, a mattress topper for the bed in the loft would have helped my sleep quality. I 100% would stay here again!

Perfect get-a-away for a girl's trip

We had a great time staying at this property, it was extremely clean with just enough for four adults to move around comfortably. Jacob, the property owner, responded very quickly to all questions. Would stay here again!

Family Vacation

Condo was clean. Beds were comfortable. Bed in loft was very firm and bed downstairs was softer but both comfortable. Water pressure was great in shower. There was a welcome baggie with a dishwasher pod, a dish scrubbie and an extra trash bag in it. Great view of pool and beach from balcony. Everone in family loved the condo and would stay there again.

When we arrived, there was less than a quarter roll of toilet paper, no paper towels, no hand soap, no dish soap. The description states there are no EXTRA toiletries. That’s false, there are no toiletries whatsoever, and intentionally so. The host stated some people just don’t like having toiletries that have been touched or used by others, so he doesn’t provide them. There was only enough hot water for one to shower before having to wait for it to heat back up.
