By booking this property, all guests agree to follow Costa del Sol Condominium regulations as well as Airbnb policies. Violations may result in cancellation and removal from the property without refund.
Noise, Music & Conduct Loud music is not allowed at any time, indoors or outdoors. Loudspeakers are prohibited inside the apartment and in common social areas. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Maintain respectful behavior in all areas of the condominium. Parties, gatherings, and events are strictly forbidden.
Guests, Visitors & Occupancy Only registered guests listed in your Airbnb reservation may enter the apartment or any common area. No visitors are permitted unless they are declared and approved as part of your reservation. Surprise visits are not allowed. Occupancy limit: 4 guests. Any number of people above this limit will be vacated. Fee: $10 USD per guest per night after the second guest. Undeclared guest fee: $20 USD per guest per night. Local residents must contact the host prior to booking.
Identification & Check-In Requirements A picture of all guests’ official identification is required prior to arrival for condominium registration. All guests must provide a valid working phone number.
Smoking, Drugs & Prohibited Items Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed. Smoking fee: $200 USD. The use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden. Hookah is strictly prohibited by condominium law. Anyone caught using it will be expelled from the property. Any hookah or loudspeaker found will be seized and returned at check-out.
Condo & Community Rules All guests must comply with Costa del Sol Condominium policies at all times. Social areas are open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. No glass bottles are allowed in the pool or beach area. Children must be supervised at all times.
Keycards, Access & Security Lost keycards or remote fee: $50 USD. Do not share access codes with anyone outside your group. Only previously registered guests may enter the building.
Cleanliness & Damage Any damaged or stained towels, sheets, or covers incur a $30 USD fee per item. Additional cleaning fee may be charged if the apartment is left extremely dirty, including: Excessive trash Dirty pots and pans Stains on floors or walls Trash left throughout the home
Check-Out & Late Check-Out Policy Check-out time must be respected. 30 minutes late: $50 USD More than 2 hours late: Charged as an additional day, without the right to keep possession—this is strictly a penalty, not an extension.
Maintenance & Complaints If you report a complaint through Airbnb or directly to us, you authorize our team to enter the property to remedy the issue, perform repairs, or clean as needed. No additional permission is required if something needs to be corrected to meet your expectations.

Everything was as projected!! Basically on the beach, relatively quiet despite being Easter weekend. AC works great and it’s apartment wide AC instead of the wall units found in most apartments
