"We came at a great time of the year. Very quiet and not too many people here right now. We've enjoyed the pool and hot tub all to ourselves. This place is right next door to the natural hot springs and public swimming pool. There's a cute little farm across the street...this is an awesome place for families as well as couples trying to get away from the hustle and bustle. "

"Easy check in. All the basic needs. Right next to Amtrak dropoff and beaches. Clean and quiet. I nice place for a reasonable rate."

"Beautiful place, clean lots of storage walk to beach n places to eat and shop. Had a little problem with a tenant about the parking, but was quickly resolved by parking passes.We did have a problem with water overflowing in the bathroom but was quickly resolved.The three sisters were very quick to reply to anything we needed we had a great stay!"

"Gathering to bring 4 generations together in near by Santa Maria. Property is well appointed, spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are a special added bonus. Great location. "

"We loved staying at the condo, enjoyed the short walk to beach and our host was excellent!. Only thing we did not love is that the beds and the pull out beds they were not very comfortable I would say the mattresses worn out. But overall the stay was a good one for us. "

"My wife and I rented Valentina Suites 201 to meet our son and his wife for Memorial Day weekend in Pismo Beach. The place was great and clean. Also, a short walk to the beach and some good restaurants. Next time we are in Pismo, we will want to rent this again. "

"Condo is in perfect location, close to beach and downtown. Garage was very convenient for parking and cleaning up after the beach. Great to have washer/dryer. House was well equipped for kids with safety gates, pack n play, beach toys & chairs, and wagon. We would love to stay here again!"

"I can’t say enough about our stay. The property was gorgeous, both inside and outside. We had a comfortable bedroom and bathroom as well as the use of the kitchen and living room. Rebecca was so welcoming to us and our dog. She treated us with such kindness and respect and she loved our dog. We ate a meal together and even went to a farmers market in SLO. "The Hosts were super efficient in communicating with picture how to check in. Once inside there were numerous laminated cards explaining all the amenities. The location could not have been more perfect. 2 blocks from everything - the beach, shopping, restaurants, fun, everything. We walked the 2 blocks to the beach faster than the cars could make it 1 block. As everyone was stressing over parking and traffic we walked 2 blocks and went everywhere. "My family and I went to Pismo Beach to celebrate my brother’s birthday. We decided this option was better than renting hotel rooms and we could all be together. The property is amazing! The home is beautiful with plenty of sleeping areas. The rooftop fireplace is a nice addition. The home is stocked with everything you can think of to cook a meal. We all had a great time.
