"We had an amazing stay at the cabin. Everything was nice. The cabin was quiet and clean. Billy was so thoughtful and made sure we made it into the cabin site with our trailer. Was able to ride on trail leaving right from the cabin It was a wonderful weekend we will be back. "

"Nice house, good location. We rode Spearhead Trails. Easy access although the town cop informed us that the one section of 460 is not for ATVs and that was the only way to get to trails. They didn’t cite or bother us so we kept going that way. And we frequently saw State troopers, Town cops and Sheriffs while we were there and they never stopped us. We all agreed that we would stay there again. "

"Very clean and up-kept property, Beds seemed like they were new, our group was happy. The included fire pit and grill were a plus! Our only inconvenience was no hose or wash station to wash off our machines, The owner told us the area has been having water problems at the time we stayed and that was the reason. The air conditioning is also fantastic here. "

"Our second stay this year. Very nice cabin close to the trails and a short ride to Matewan. Can easily ride Devil Anse and Buffalo Mtn from here....even Rock House if you make it a very long day. Super fast communication. Great folks to rent from."

"The property was unique and roomy as advertised, and very convenient to Breaks. The location offers very limited options for dinner, but that is not the fault of the owner. The owner was very responsive throughout the process. Kinda pricey for only 2 people, but great if you are filling the space. "
