"We had a great stay at Hotel Natura. The room is spacious compare with others in Europe. Very clean, comfortable bed and great in overall. The staffs were very nice, helpful, and willing to assist you, when needed. The hotel is 5 minute drive and 15’ walk to the main tour buses terminal. We didn’t have time to eat at the restaurant so we could comment on this but every time e passing by, the food smell so good and wish that we could eat there. "The staff were friendly and helpful, the room I booked was the small budget room and while its small, I was solo travelling so it was perfect for me. The beds were way more comfortable than i anticipated. The only "negatives" were that the bathroom door didn't easily latch, i had to pull the door shut kind of hard for the latch to click, which isn't a big deal, and that the room did not have a thermostat to control the room temp.
