"This is a bedroom and bathroom that is part of someone’s house devided by a pocket door, they came into the area we rented while we weren’t there, I’m furious about the invasion of privacy! I had no clue that I was renting a room from stangers., when we weren’t there, you can hear what the are doing/TV.
You have zero control of the temperature in the room which was very hot/stuffy, no indoor seating area, other than the bed or toilet. Driveway is uphill, which was an inconvenience for me, due...

"Great layout with nice outdoor space and a fun games room. Beds were comfy and we liked the easy drive to pismo, outlets and SLO. Also cool that the closest beach you can drive onto. "

"The hosts were very responsive to us and appreciated their warm welcome. The home was so close to Grover's beach, local restaurants and coffee shops. From the beach we were able to walk to Pismo where we hung out for the day. They have a nice patio area but unfortunately we weren't able to use the amenities during our short stay. "

"Jon & Melany were great hosts! Location was superb and the classic beach bungalow feel of the rental was on point. The minor items that came up were addressed swiftly and the working with us on a later departure couldn’t have gone smoother or been more accommodated. Overall the location has been saved for future family get togethers for years to come! "

"It was a beautiful place, very well located and kept, good parking on property. Only two things, it took us like 5 minutes to try and get in as the lock didn’t open to get the key to enter the apartment, it was stock or something. Second, the bathroom! Very nice and lovely size but there wasn’t any rim or border at the shower so everything would get wet and messy, we hated that.Apart of that, everything was good, nice and comfortable bed and pillows, the place was clean and tidy. "

"We had our family at the house over the Thanksgiving holiday. That’s 6 adults and 3 kids ages 11 (boy) and girls (both 8). The house sleeps 8 comfortably but our grandson opted for an inflatable mattress instead of the fold out downstairs. The house could use some curtains or blinds in the upstairs living area. There is lots of glass and the sun can be blinding. But overall, the house is comfortable, orderly and everything works. The host was very responsive. "

"The location to Grover Beach/Pismo Beach was very good. Also it is close proximity to picking up groceries or having Instacart deliver. The only down side was not having extra bedding in the rooms in case it is needed during a more than two night stay. Other than that it was great. Also a word of advice if you want to drive on Grover beach to hang out they have a 1000 car maximum so you need to go early pick up yourv $5 pass with In and Out access and you will be set."
