Also the range of rooms at the hotel don't match with the one at hotels.com. I paid for a suit and hotel's reception got it from the site as "executive". Next time I'll just book it directly with the Ringwood "

"We stayed here for 1 night whilst touring the peak district on our motorbikes. Plenty of parking and security cameras to ensure a good night's sleep. Our room was very comfortable and decorated to a high standard. The shower was big with great water pressure. We had an evening meal which we would rate as excellent, plenty of very friendly staff and a short wait for our food. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful and varied. "Nice clean & comfortable room, easy check in. Breakfast is definitely the best we have been offered anywhere in the U.K., with a truely extensive offering! Can get a little busy between 8.30 & 10am, so best to get there earlier! Spa is good although definitely over capacity with day guests in the afternoon. The Spa manager needs to put a limit on it instead of thinking about the profit. Fifty minute treatment for £95 was so worth it. Would definitely return for a two to three night break again!"

"This hotel is fresh and modern. All aspects of the hotel are warm and inviting. The food is good and there is a lot of variety at breakfast. The room I stayed in was very clean and felt airy as the ceiling was quite high. Parking is easy and convenient, this includes a discount when booked 48 hours on advance. I really do recommend this hotel."
