"駅と街の中心地に近く、とても便利な宿でした。 今回のスイス旅行で宿泊したホテルで唯一部屋にエアコンがあり、真夏でもとても快適でした！近年のスイスの夏の暑さはもはやエアコン必須だと思います。 共有スペースには自由に使えるコーヒーマシンもあります。また、チェックアウト後に荷物を預けられる部屋には鍵付きのワイヤーがあり、安心して預けて出かけることができました。 部屋が狭いためトランクケースを置く場所が無かったのと、シャワーの扉がなぜか外から中がうっすら透けて見えるタイプのマジックミラーになっており少し落ち着かなかったので、星4つにしました。 でもとても良い宿です！"

"Good place to stay since Bern station is just 10 mins away and the bus stop is across the road. Room cleaning was not up to standard. Bed was made up and trash was cleaned. That's about it. Vaccuming or swiping the tables once in three night would have been nice. Pillows were not comfortable. Bed ..."

"Wir hatten zwei zimmer gebucht eine war super und die ander war nicht aufgereumt, bett wurde nicht frisch bezige küche war sehr schrecklich. Wir habenes mitgeteilt und am abend wo wir zurück sah genau eso aus. Wir haben auf dem sofa geschlafen anstatt auf dem benutzen bettlacken."

"使用線上check in, 要先註冊完才能拿到數位鑰匙，這間飯店很有趣，沒有制式的飯店服務，但是可以在交誼廳的地方，找到熱情的飯店人員提供相關訊息。 有空調設施，在熱浪來襲的瑞士，住得很舒服，住的房型有基本設施，滿推薦的，住宿性價比高。唯一缺點，如果有油炸的烹煮，油煙不易散去，抽油煙機的排煙設施沒有做好。"
