Whether you’re wanting to catch a performance at The Peace Center or spend some time in award-winning Downtown Greenville, Bluestone Cottage offers you the perfect space to rest and recharge.

Parking can be found on our long, narrow driveway, complete with enough space in the back of the home to comfortably park at least two cars. Once inside you will find:

-Entryway-
As soon as you enter our front door, you will see what one might causally think is a sideboard with flowers and guest book BUT what might suprise you, is that this sideboard easily folds out into a fully functional dining table that can seat 6! You will see a closet door in the entry way that houses all 6 chairs that you are more than welcome to use around the table.

-Living Room-
Right off of the entry way you will find our living room, perfect for chatting with those you love. It includes a leather sofa that reclines automatically to your perfect position, a matching loveseat, an area rug, 2 side tables, a coffee table, and a Smart TV (no cable, guests login to their own streaming services).

-Kitchen-
When you first arrive in the kitchen area, you are welcomed by a bar with three bar stools that can be used for extra seating in the neighboring living space. As you walk around you’ll find a section of the counter top fully equipped with a coffee station. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, spices, oil, salt, pepper, and much more to make cooking a breeze.

You will also find a stacked washer and dryer right off of the kitchen area for all of your laundry needs. Stored in this area as well is a dog bed, towels for your dog, and treats.

-Double Twin Room-
Coming off of the hallway, you will find a room with two twin beds. This room has one nightstand and a bedside lamp for extra light. Feel free to utilize the closet for clothing storage.

-Hall/Shared Bathroom-
The Master bedroom and double twin room share a hallway bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combination, single vanity, and toilet. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided!

-Master Bedroom-
If you continue down the hallway, you will find the entrance to the master bedroom. This bedroom has a large closet with ample room to hang clothes or store luggage. You will find a king-size bed, two nightstands with reading lamps and a smart TV.

-Outdoor Space-
The front porch houses two seats and a love seat that is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine.

The back of the house has a perfectly sized yard to run around with the kids or your furry friend.

Please note-- the home does have a 3rd bedroom that is locked for the owner's private storage and is therefore not advertised here :)

Guests have access to the entirety of the home except for a small 3rd bedroom that is used for the owner's personal storage and supplies, hence it is not advertised here :)
Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (i.e., not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container).
Smoking indoors or leaving buds in the yard is prohibited and will incur a $250 fine.
No tampering with wifi router, security camera, or smart lock.
