It was not advertised that this was on private property right next to the house until check in time. "Check in was so easy.Kitchen was clean and stocked with most necessities, although we really didn’t need anything since we were not there most of the day. Bed was very comfortable we slept great. Home was close to grocery and restaurants. "

"Ck in had some snags due to equipment bugs. However once in contact with host it was handled quickly and very professionally. We enjoyed this rental and will stay here again when visiting family. Michelle is a superhost and very congenial. "

"Online listing was accurate, the Host were very prompt in giving us the information we needed for the property. The neighborhood is quiet, everything was set up inside. Zach the host is very nice when communicating with him answers any questions in a timely manner. Thanks for allowing us to be your guests."

"Overall decent place to stay. Some maintenance (guessing its a 1960's home) and landscape issues to address. Bring your own pillow if you don't like a fat hard pillow. Bed's were comfortable though. Nice kitchen and one nice bathroom. Second bath needs updates. Would be nicer with an outside sitting area in the back. "

"House met all our expectations. Very clean. Beautiful property. Short drive on county roads to Ball State University. Could have had some better towels. Perfect layout. "

"We came to the area from Washington State for our aunt's 100th birthday in nearby Knightstown. This home was perfect. My 85 year old mother found the bed very comfortable, and the house was stocked with everything you would need. John was so responsive and pleasant. We would recommend this home to any family, and feel grateful there was such a nice place so close to the birthday party!"
