"The house was great and description accurate, some areas in the main tv room were a little dusty and the kitchen appliances could have done with a wipe over but apart from that all ok. "

"I stayed here with two friends and we were all very impressed with how spotless and well equipped this property is. We had everything we could need for preparing meals, the beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was beautiful. We really enjoyed the lovely bottle of wine and chocolates that were provided.The location was fantastic. We were able to walk to Peter Lehman, Langmeil and the main shopping area.I would highly recommend this property. "

"Wonderful property. Quality decor, beds, fittings, kitchen . Spent a long weekend with friends. Beautiful big kitchen which was very well equipped so very social cooking. Large dining table leading into sitting room. Rooms was large, very comfortable with linked quality bathrooms. High shower heads, big baths. Good heating . Perfect setting for day trips to the vineyards and convivial meals in the evening. Very peaceful, cannot recommend this house highly enough. Best weekend rental I have...

"This was our second visit to Poppy's Place. A beautifully presented home. The location in Angaston is convenient to the town centre, being about 3 min walk, great little cafes, restaurants, supermarket, butcher and an excellent cheese shop. Angaston is surrounded by top class wineries with in a very short drive. We absolutely love this location as a getway."

"Excellent accommodation & communication. We had faulty toaster which was immediately replaced. Wonderful to have a proper coffee machine, bread, fresh fruits! Incredible bath & bed. We loved this place & will book again "

"Large rooms with lots of seating, nice and cool with the fans on. There’s not much space to put clothes, just a couple of hangers. Kitchen is nice and tidy with a range of cooking utilities. Parking is available and easy access to the property.Great location: close to shops and train station. We walked to the Fasta Pasta down the road for dinner. "
