"Breakfast was fine-be aware that they provide boiled eggs and cold cuts. The pastries are freshly baked. Good selection of cold cereals, breads, etc. Nice start to the day! Breakfast staff are friendly. Suite was very nice with well stocked kitchenette, two nice tv’s. Also had a washing machine. I had booked a ground level suite which is not the first floor-it is the lower level (stairs/elevator)"

"The room itself was small but recently updated, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The rest of the hotel has a more traditional style, which is quite charming. Only thing to note is that there is no lift or air conditioning and the top floor got quite warm in summer weather!"

"Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside. Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am. The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. The photos of the rooms make it look like every room as some outdoor space. Washer dryer supplied was not good quality,...

"Great location. Walking distance to everything. Vanessa who checked us in went above the normal process. We were able to check in early as we were members of ACR. Kitchenette only had 2 of everything. Had to wash dishes every day. That was a little disappointing. Bed was very comfortable. Would recommend this place to others."

"It was a very disappointing stay. upon arrival they did not have our reservation, desk clerk could not address the situation and he had to call India to have them handle the matter. Learned that two weeks prior the property had been taken over by another firm. When they did find the reservation they advised it was for five nights when in fact it was for six. They found a reservation for five nights, i had called back to them and added a sixth night that was booked as a one night reservation....
