"This camp is a great place to unwind! The boulder deck is an awesome place to relax and enjoy an adult beverage. Check-in was a breeze, and Mike corrected a sleeping arrangement issue quickly. I spent most mornings drinking my coffee on the deck. It was a great way to start my day. The internet was intermittent, so streaming a movie at night may be an issue. All in all, it was a great place to spend two weeks enjoying Down East."

"This house is amazing! It is the perfect oasis after a day exploring Maine. The layout of the house was perfect and gave everyone quiet peaceful rest areas and large gathering spaces for us to be together. The setting of the house is peaceful and the view of the lake is beautiful. The house is well equipped and really felt more like home than a vacation rental. Of course our family favorite was the screen in porch area. The host was easy to work with and check in and check out was a breeze. 5...

"The lodge was beautiful! Such a peaceful, quiet getaway. We saw so much wildlife, and thoroughly enjoyed being disconnected for a few days. The lodge has everything you need.... just make sure to bring the food you'll need for your stay. There are a few country stores within 15-30 minutes, but no grocery stores. My kids loved kayaking, fishing, making smores, and laying in the hammock. We made several say trips to Acadia, and also found some hiking trails nearby. We hope to return soon!"

"We were so amazed at the cleanliness of the cabin and the beautiful location on Chemo Pond. The cabin was well stocked with linens and paper products. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. We were close to both Bar Harbor and Bangor and spent a few days sightseeing. We bought live lobsters in Bangor and caught some fish in the pond so we made a seafood feast at the cabin. "We had an amazing time here! The cabin is cute and very well appointed. Quiet, peaceful area. Good kitchen for cooking, grill, fire pit. The bed was comfortable. Very nice. Guests should be aware that swimming is a bit difficult in this location, and you maybe have to drive to one of the many nice local places to go swimming. Be sure to bring your own canoes and kayaks too! We enjoyed our stay and appreciate the hospitality."

"The property was in an amazing location. Very private but not far from scenic areas and hiking. Kayaks, life jackets and a wonderful deck on the water as well as off the home itself. "Check in was a breeze and the kitchen equipment was everything a cook would need. There is a dishwasher, a fridge with ice water and ice, the water tasted just fine.Just a few minor things: this home is still a work in progress outside, there were stakes out in the side yard, as well as some construction stuff. "The description of intimate cottage is the perfect choice of words. We had such an outstanding stay at Rob & Deb's cottage. So peaceful and quiet, the perfect place to unwind. We sat on the deck for hours and soaked in the wildlife surrounding us.The accommodations were amazing, everything you needed for your stay was at your finger tips. I would not hesitate to book this slice of heaven tucked away by the lake. You will not be disappointed."
