"Absolutely amazing stay. We celebrated a 44th birthday and the food was amazing and good quality and well worth the price , we had 12 guests that came for lunch (2 were last minute confirmed) and a table was set up for them no problems at all.. our server Tash was absolutely incredible and the Manager Gemma such a lovely lady and so customer focused , The attention to detail from the cleaning staff was amazing (happy birthday banner and balloons ) Definitely going to be staying here again"

"We recently stayed at the Gem on a Saturday night and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is stylish, well run and the staff can't do enough to assist you. Everyone was so professional. Also worth noting is that the Full English breakfast is excellent. "

"We decided to start our holiday early and stay at the Stansted Airport Lodge before our 7am flight the following morning. We didn't arrive at the hotel until about 10pm but were we greeted at reception by a friendly and helpful staff member and shown to our room. The room was basic but spacious and you could see the airport from one of the windows. We weren't there long as we left at 4:30am but we did have a few hours sleep in a comfortable bed. We would stay here again if we had an early flight...
