"My wife and I rented this lovely little cabin for 3 nights and would have loved to stay 3 more. The history is super cool and there are a bunch of items and memorabilia on the walls relating to the cabin making for a really unique experience. Don’t expect it to feel like a modern hotel room. It’s rustic and as original to its 100 year old roots as it can be. If you like the rustic though you’ll love this place. We saw a group of about 12 turkey waddle through the yard, spotted a deer walking...

"Everything was great! Kitchen was hot but we didn’t need to be in there much. The refrigerator did not keep things super cold, but we didn’t have much to keep in it. Those are my only “complaints”. Having plenty of towels and a washer/dryer was wonderful since we were so dirty from hiking each day. Overall, great stay and would definitely stsy again."

"Very dated place. Everything in the house is old and just basic. We didn't get a comfortable feeling just because of the overall age of everything in the house. Bare minimum aminities. There is nothing close to the place. We won't recommend it to anyone who is used to decent modern living."

"Clean rooms nestled right in the forest! Breakfast was not available. The shower is small, but the bedroom was large and spacious. Hosts very friendly and helpful, and made getting to the national parks easy."
