"The owner Doug was really nice and accommodating for us! We were on our motorcycle and were able to park it in the garage attached to the cabin making everything close and comfortable! He warned me about the deep gravel to make sure I knew about it before riding through it to the garage so that I was prepared because it does make riding a little more difficult but all was well and we had a great weekend! The concert we saw at Lincoln Amphitheater was only about 10 miles away so it was a short...

"My family and I stayed here for labor day weekend. We were visiting my wife's family. The place was every clean and the host was amazing. He responded to all my questions and made check in very easy. We will definitely stay agin."

"We had a lovely time. It's a kid friendly home where we enjoyed swimming, fishing, playing basketball, watching the cows and feeding the chickens. It was truly an enjoyable vacation!!! And the scenery is stunning. We highly recommend this vacation spot!"

"Beautiful home & so much room for everyone to spread out and hang out without feeling like they are on top of each other! Super close to Holiday World and Santa Claus, IN so just a perfect location!"

We were also very impressed with the incredibly simple checkout instructions, which was a welcomed change from many other vacation properties. "This place was perfect! So many great amenities - from Bluetooth speakers, excellent game room and theater, fire pit and decor was extremely well done. Very comfortable for our whole group. This place is off the beaten path which is great if you don’t plan on going out much. Everything you need was at the place! "

"Great location in Owensboro. We came for a softball tournament and it was convenient to everything. Be aware that there are lots of up and down transitions in this house (step up from entryway, step down to bedrooms, slight step up to bathroom. I only mention this in case renters have mobility issues. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again."

"It was a huge place, perfect for our event. Everyone had plenty of room to move around and even had room to play on the ping-pong table. Tables were provided. Main bedroom was nice. Upstairs bedroom was huge, it could sleep a large bunch. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Definitely recommend. "

"This is a lovely cottage on the Ohio river. We stayed for two weeks and truely enjoyed it. This cottage has the older home charm with modern amenities. We look forward to coming back for future stays. "

"Overall it was a wonderful stay! We stayed as our entire family for our trip to Holiday World and used all the rooms and beds. There were linens provided for all beds (except for pillow cases) and plenty of towels for everyone! Just a heads up, if you do plan to come be sure to bring all your own shower supplies as no soaps/hair products were provided. The host was very responsive and it was a very smooth process! The location was great for our visit and do plan to return!"
