"The neighborhood was a bit scary pulling up and how overgrown the weeds were was a bit concerning but once we got inside it was one of the cleanest houses we have ever stayed in. The coffee pot was well stocked (and the to go cups were a very nice touch). There were a few things about the house that could use some attention and the lack of a full size cookie sheet in the kitchen made dinner plans challenging, but all in all, I would recommend and stay again if I was in Springfield again."

"Chad was very accommodating, and communication was friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I never actually made it to his cute bungalow because I made an error when booking in Springfield, IL, and I should have booked in Springfield, OH.
Chad was thoughtful in understanding my circumstances and was reasonable in helping me out with a costly mistake. I really appreciate his kindness. I feel certain he is a gracious host and that his place is as described!

"The Bressmer was lovely, and the perfect place to hold a small family reunion. The Rowland suite had everything we needed- enough space to spread out, a comfortable living room for card games and conversation, a dining room table with plenty of space for family meals. We walked to the Lincoln museum and the Dana-Thomas house, and other sites were a short drive away."
