"A lovely, peaceful location. We loved petting the horses! Mark’s recommendations for the wineries and restaurant were spot on. The beds were comfy and the air conditioner (in master bedroom) was sufficient to keep things comfortable. A map of the local wineries was provided which was very helpful. The house is located adjacent to the B&B, and we never saw or heard the other guests, so it was very private."

"Such a cute little place to stay -- the bed is AMAZING! This is our second visit here and its so relaxing. "

"We really enjoyed our relaxing 2 days at the Cozy Rose Inn! The breakfasts were delicious and beautifully displayed with fresh flowers. Comfy bed, AC, and a relaxing jacuzzi tub were awesome! We enjoyed reading and relaxing in number of the comfortable outdoor seating areas. Friendly and helpful hosts. We'd definitely stay here again!"

"Nice cozy camper with A/C. It was clean and the host was easy to connect with. Also had an outside plug in for my boat which was great. Kitchen with stove and microwave and there was some items stocked in the pantry & fridge for guests to use. "

"Amazing farmhouse on the river. Walking distance to downtown Prosser and easy access to fantastic wineries. We will definitely stay again!"

"House was very clean and roomy enough for 8 adultswithout feeling cramped for space. Lots of kitchen small appliances. Quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of town. Would definitely stay again"

"Needed a getaway from work and the city. Wanted to be out in nature. Fantaatic location in cherry orchard. Everything need was in ample supply. Easy location with great directions. Trailer was welcoming and inviting. Over the top was the firepit and seating. Then we found out they supply ample fire wood and starter for the firepit. Bonus the location is in Zillah wine area."

"Enjoyed our stay at “Sip&Stay”. Clean and comfortable for us and our little dog. TV’s in the living room and the bedrooms, and great fenced backyard with nice grass for pup. Patio is cute too. Super close to many great wineries. The owner is great and responds quickly of questions. One bed did seem to be small for a queen size. Has a full-size stove/oven and dishwasher, washer n dryer. "What a fun and cool place to stay! They had a very well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and overall just a fantastic play to stay for my kids, husband and in-laws!!! Plus it was nice to go just down the road to pick up some delicious wine at Col Solare to enjoy during our stay! "

"Loved this property! Four of us were attending a family reunion in Prosser for the weekend. This rental was perfect for our family and a great value! We each had our own bedroom including my adult son upstairs in a master suite complete with living room and fridge/microwave, and my daughter celebrating her 35th birthday in the first floor master. "Our family of three was looking for a peaceful getaway near the Red Mountain wineries and found it here! Location, cleanliness, communication with owner, full kitchen, and access to peaceful outdoor space by the river (filled with morning birdsong) were all beyond expectation. "Place was very cozy and it was a very relaxing stay. Just don't forget to bring coffee! I forgot to bring coffee and had to go out first thing in the morning to grab some keurig pods for the machine. If you do though, there's a grocery store walking distance from the townhouse! Online it says 3pm and the book regarding rules for checking in and check out instructions also says 3pm but we were told after we were already on our way that check was actually 4. Any issues or questions we had were promptly responded."
