"This is by far the best place we’ve stayed at while visiting Melrose. The view is amazing and the place is perfect inside and out. We fished and swam right off the incredible dock and had a fire with family in the evening. And to add, the hosts went above and beyond. Maggie and Micah, thank you for everything!! "

"This stay was our seventh since 2020.As I have said in prior reviews, I grew up in Jacksonville. I am very familiar with this area. If you are looking for an excellent North Florida lake experience, you search is over.This is an excellent place to stay. BTW, we don't think the photos do it justice, as beautiful as they are."

"Property was great. Had all the things to do there. Kayaks,John boat,paddleboat, cornhole,firepit etc... only thing i would recommend would be a bigger size bed in the upstairs bedroom. "

"So much to do without ever leaving the house. We brought a popup tent and set it up down near the water and just hung out in the shade all week. We fished and swam. We brought a couple of kayaks and used the paddle boards that were on site. It's about a mile round trip if you paddle directly across the lake and about 1.5 miles if you paddle around the perimeter. We did both and so long as the wind isn't blowing terribly against you, it's not a bad paddle. Very quiet lake, I think we had...

"This was a peaceful place and had beautiful views of the lake. If you're trying to get away from a busy city - stay here. The decor is nice, beds were comfy and the host was attentive. She thought of everything!"

"We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this beautiful lakefront home for my 50th birthday! The pontoon rental was the perfect touch, and the peaceful setting made for a truly relaxing getaway. My dad, my Yorkie, and I had the best time—thank you for a memorable stay! We plan on returning. "

"We enjoyed our stay. Very cozy. Well stocked with supplies. Great air conditioning and water pressure which we needed on July 4th weekend. It was hot and humid. Enjoyed the coffee station and snacks provided! Will stay there again if in the area! "
