"Old, smelly and dark. The neighborhood was sketchy too."

"A very unique artsy hotel. Had a fantastic stay there. The staff were all so kind and helpful. We got a complimentary upgrade to the Suite Room with a full kitchen. Location is perfect, the Commonwealth restaurant and the roof top bar were amazing. Good food, great drinks and amazing views of the city from the bar. Definitely staying here again."

"Very disappointed with our stay overall. We were informed at check-in that the hotel was hosting a wedding event and that several areas, including the bar, would be blocked off for the evening."

"For a busy weekend, the staff was very amenable. With all the kids and teens, we didn’t really partake of the pool and hot tub, but it looked well maintained. The free, secure parking is a big plus!!! The room was clean and comfortable. The location is right next to Energizer Field, so if you are a soccer fan you are right there. Union Station is close, too. Overall a nice place."

"Unión Station is gorgeous. We stayed there for our anniversary to watch the light show and hang out in the grand Hall and have cocktails. There was a wedding that night so they had the entire grand hall blocked off and we were not able to do any of that. The staff were not necessarily friendly and the whole place outside smelled like gas. The rooms were fine, but it just seems over priced."

"The only hiccup I had with check in was that the link to pay the deposit didn’t work properly. With the check in location being other than the location of the room. Fortunately I was able to handle check in over the phone."

"We loved our stay. The hotel was very conveniently located. Close to St. Louis Zoo. Breakfast was so good. They had chicken and waffles. Great variety. Staff was super nice. Needless to say we will stay here again next time we are in St. Louis."

"Suite was well stocked with utensils etc. The room was clean. Staff was nice. Pool was small and our bathroom door in our room didn’t latch, which was tough with 2 toddlers waddling about. "
