"Overall enjoyed our stay, have experienced many nicer Drury stays. Our room was clean, however the walls had splatters on them. The fridge was broken. This room was a bit small for the pull out couch. Water pressure was great, pools were working. Bartender at kickback was very nice! Walking distance to Union station was a huge plus. Biggest downside is the not previously advertised pay to park. $19 a night in the garage. Staff were nice"

"For such a grand place, it felt like a old place to stay at. Staff try but communication is lacking. Expect to make a few calls to service and eveb then reche k bill. No coordination between hotel and ammenities."

"I stayed four nights and 5 days! When I first entered the hotel I was met by a lovely lady by the name of Anna! She was very welcoming and had a smile that would light up the room. I encountered Anna quite a few times during my stay. And every time she was just as pleasant as the time before. I had decided upon checking out. That I was going to take Anna back to Nashville with me! Lol. Also there was plenty of free parking! They do offer a free breakfast. I will return! And you can thank Anna...

"Genuinely the worst place I've ever stayed at don't advertise a hottub in pictures than have it cemented over waste of money and the showers and toilets don't work for squat tried to shower on 3 separate days and each day the shower would only produce water drops here and there barely enough to fill a small cup all in all never coming back highly recommend going somewhere else if you want a truthful experience"
