"Great location to the lakes, comfortable bed, good amenities. It was clean and we appreciated the soap and shampoo in the bathroom/shower. Good shower water pressure and TV and cable selections. There is no real view other than other backyards. A couple of opportunities to improve - the outdoor furniture was dusty and dirty which made it impossible to enjoy the outdoor space, the bed is a double not a queen (queen frame which took up most of the bedroom space)."

The only thing I would suggest is to get better sheets for the beds as the fitted sheet was constantly coming off the mattress while sleeping. "This place was perfect for our family. All the information and directions were very detailed, the place was really clean, and I was able to get a hold of the property manager really easy. If you want great views of the lake, be close to Hot Sulfur Springs, Grand Lake, and Winter Park Resort this is the perfect place to stay! We highly recommend this beautiful townhome!! "

"I was thrilled that we chose this location! The minute I walked into the cabin I was excited with what I saw. Loved the location as it's super quiet and close to town.
