"The refrigerator made loud noises all night keeping me and my wife up. We also experience noice from construction outside and other guest in the hall! We switched hotels from Andaz to come here thinking it was better based off the ratings and that was the worse decision made. When I told the front desk I was told they couldn’t do anything as far as a discount because we already paid through Expedia."

"The hotel is ok. It is quite old however looks clean. Bathrooms are very clean. The bed lining also white and clean. The rooms are spacious and the location is very good. The rooms we had had no view at all, basically you are facing another ugly building. No daylight at all. The whole experience wouldn’t be too bad, however on the first day just when one of the employees was showing us the room, a COCKROACH run out from under the fridge 😱😱😱😱😱 "

"Prime location. It was nice that we were close to every thing that we wanted to visit like Time Square, Central Park, Summit One @ the Vanderbilt Building, National History Museum and especially having quick access to the Subway system to get to Lower Manhattan/ Brooklyn. Very enjoyable stay, The only issue that I had with the Hotel was that the room carpet was old and seemed a bit dirty from the foot traffic that it’s had over time, also the sofa that was in our room was old and needs to be...
