"No amenities. The front desk with its fractured safety glass did respond when asked for the filthy room window to be cleaned. The night life in the parking lot was something to behold. Yelling continued even after the police came for a visit. Bringing a daughter to this location may not be a wise plan. On the flip side the cleaning staff was very kind."

"When I arrived, there was a group of young adults outside with very little clothing and smoking what smelled like marijuana unfortunately I had already paid for the hotel so I couldn’t leave. Got to my room no toilet paper in the room realize when I went to go to bed. The floor was dirty. Went to take a shower in the morning and the bath mat was dirty. The group of people that were out front of the hotel were there till about 10:30 in the morning, making all kinds of noise right at the front...

"Don’t walk but run away from this hotel. As soon as we entered the lobby, we were accosted by the horrible smell. The exterior door to the parking lot didn’t lock, the hallways had food spilled in them, the elevator was extremely slow and nothing was clean. When we opened the door to our room there was a cockroach in the hallway and another one in the bathroom. Needless to say the last thing we did was linger and eat breakfast. This area seemed very shady at night time as well and it is far off...

"We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. "

"We spent one night at the Brookstown Inn while visiting the Old Salem Village. The history of the building and the location is what drew us to the Inn. Parking was super easy! Our corner room was HUGE and very comfortable! A coffee table and/or a small dining table would be nice (there's plenty of room). The coffee maker wasn't plugged in & wouldn't reach down to the outlet...so, I had to relocate it to the desk to plug it in. Otherwise the room was great! The evening complimentary wine/beer &...

"Rooms were clean and nice. Room had a coffee pot, mini microwave and mini fridge which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was good and lobby area was very nice and clean. Staff was very nice. "

"The photos look like they remodeled it, but all they did really was slap some paint on stuff. Hallways have strong perfume smell, but as soon as you open your room you are hit with a musty odor which was unpleasant. It was pretty dirty, mold in the bathroom, dirty floors, old toilet seat, there was balled up toilet paper in the peep hole of the door, the WiFi didn’t work on my laptop so I was unable to work which caused frustration.
