"The staff really make you feel comfortable!!"

"Arrived for a work trip to find the hotel did not match the photos online- the space is quite dated &needs some updates. You could tell by the condition of the elevator, the carpets, trim etc that it hasn't had a face lift in some time. The room was pleasant enough for the stay, but had some mystery splatter stains on the ceiling. Needless to say, I chose to sleep in the opposite bed."

"No amenities. The front desk with its fractured safety glass did respond when asked for the filthy room window to be cleaned. The night life in the parking lot was something to behold. Yelling continued even after the police came for a visit. Bringing a daughter to this location may not be a wise plan. On the flip side the cleaning staff was very kind."

"The room itself was clean as was the property. However, it’s currently in a bit of disrepair with several projects roped/blocked off including the lobby hall and elevator. As such, there was only 1 functional elevator which for 8 floors was a bit inconvenient. The staff were amazing and courteous. "

"We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. "

"It is a lovely inn with very modern touches in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Immaculate rooms and bathrooms. Huge amount of space in each room and bathroom. They think of everything."

"Great location plenty of places to eat, the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Me and my friends enjoyed the rec center. Was in town for a baseball game and whenever I’m in the area will be staying at this hotel again. "

"Stayed at the Hampton Inn Winston Salem for a concert and the room and staff were so nice. The room was clean with no issues. Overall good choice. Will definitely stay again. "
