This cozy, slope side mountain home has been updated with new paint, carpet, decor, coffee bar and additional finishes for your staying pleasure! Bring the whole family to Granby for a relaxing and memorable mountain vacation. Spend afternoons grilling and admiring the breathtaking mountain views. Guests will be able to enjoy foosball and a wet bar in the lower level of the house, a cozy fireplace, coffee bar, and flatscreen TV on the main level. A large, heated ski locker is located on the front porch, so you won't have to worry about storing your gear or it getting cold outside. Families with little ones will appreciate the high chair, booster seat, pack n play, kid toys, and games.

This centrally located home provides easy access to everything Granby Ranch has to offer. Hit the slopes with ease, as you will be just a short walk to the Kicking Horse lift, and at the end of the day ski down to the back porch. When you're taking a break from the slopes, try out snowshoeing or nordic skiing and in the warmer weather, spend your time exploring the great outdoors by hiking, cycling, golfing, and fishing, or travel five miles into Granby and indulge in local shops and restaurants. Regardless of the time of year, Granby Ranch has a little something for everyone.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
4WD/traction may be required in winter.
The ski locker includes access to a jogging stroller, two snow sleds, fishing poles (fishing license required).

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This house was perfect for our family of 7 and 2 pets. The house was well stocked with everything needed. It was conveniently located near ski in and out lift. Grocery store was across the street from entrance to resort. The hot tub did not work, but we were notified before our trip and compensated with a credit. I highly recommend this rental!

The house was nice and very clean and was enough space for our family. We had issues with the hot tub and communicated those issues with the property management. The hot tub only worked for two days. We chose this property because it had a hot tub and was disappointed when we had issues with getting it to work properly.

The house and location were perfect, just what I was looking for in a month long stay at a smaller ski mountain and ski in/ski out. The proximity to winter activities at the YMCA of the Rockies, Winterpark, Town of Fraser made this an ideal spot for family and friends to visit and my kids have plenty to do from skiing Granby Ranch, pool and gymnastics at the Fraser Rec Center and sledding right in the backyard.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The ski in/ski out was absolutely perfect. The host also had extra little amenities that made for a wonderful stay. However, there was a couch in the garage that made it so my vehicle (Subaru Ascent) could not fit inside. Also, while there was a shovel, there was a large buildup of ice on in the parking spot to the left of the garage that rendered it inoperable. We had two cars (which was approved per the listing) and we both utilized the spots across from the house. The master bathroom was great, but the other two bathrooms had very leaky shower heads, and the main floor bathtub backplate was pulling away from the wall. I messaged the host through the app to let them know about the maintenance issues, and ask if there were any tools/tricks to make the parking spot outside the garage available. I then followed that message up with 5 photos. The host responded initially responded that they saw the pictures, but needed amplifying information because they never saw the first message with the text. I sent two subsequent messages to the host but never received any reply. We would 100% stay again, but would plan to get there before the weekend crowd arrived to secure parking.

There were a couple items listed that were not in working order: None of the television programs were accessible - and our son in law is a media wizard. Also the hot tub was not working - not the 104 degrees and no jets.

Our family was traveling with our family dogs. House was a little tired, but very understandable considering up to 4 dogs. Pictures make the rooms appear larger than they are. We were a family of 5, not sure how you would accommodate up to 11.

I would add a few nice features not listed: -Ski closet is heated and prefect for storing ski gear. Warm ski boots are always appreciated. -Kitchen has lots of equipment not listed, pots and pans, crock pot, blender, plates, silverware and baking dishes. This location allows you to use the pantry. Other places we’ve stayed don’t allow it because it’s used as an owners closet. -They also provided hotel style shampoo and soaps. Most places we rent don’t do that. While we didn’t use them, I thought it was a nice touch. -Being able to park in the garage is great! We had 8” of snow while we visited. Our car was spotless. A very nice feature when you come from Texas without an ice scraper in your rental car. -The heater works really well. It was a bit too hot even for us Texans. We turned it down to 68 and it was perfect. It’s is nice we could control the temp. Some places only allow it within a certain range. The only other thing I would add is it was about a 2 min walk to the slopes via the streets. Our group discussed if it was ski in/ski out. We determined it was since the walk is so short. I would have loved to have a note in the check-in instructions on the best ways to get to the slopes. Technically, you can go out the back and up hill but most of us couldn’t traverse the deep snow so we used the streets. Much easier and faster. Enjoyed our stay and we will return again.

The property was ok. Enough beds for everyone. The hot tub was filthy gross with green water. The bbq grill and the oven were both very dirty as well. Let the management company know so issues could be addressed. Overall, decent place to stay for 3 nights.
