"We enjoyed our two night stay immensely. How could we not, with a lovely view of Good Harbor Beach and a seven minute walk to get there. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and welcoming. The property is clean, attractive and well maintained and the Continental Breakfast was well-stocked and appreciated. The ONLY downsides: the water, which took several minutes to get hot (which they made us aware of at check-in) and the shower which was a bit crowded with the soap dispensers on the wall. And...

"We enjoyed our stay and due to the weather extended it an extra night with no problems. There is no front desk service -- all communication with our hosts was done through text messaging, but they were quick to respond, and our room was made up daily. The room was lovely and very comfortable. No breakfast or food on site, but there are good dining options a short walk into town. Great location for exploring the waterfront and downtown Rockport!"

"This hotel is “tired”. It’s time for a refurbishment. Also, hair from previous guest was in the bathroom and there was a large ant walking across the bathroom floor."

"Excellent location, easy self-checkin, responsive offsite staff. The room was cozy, clean, and included everything I needed. The only issue was noise - I could hear the people who checked-in above me from 5 pm till they finally went to bed a little after midnight. People seem oblivious to how easily impact noise travels in old NE construction. My room was also overlooking the parking lot and noise carried up easily from that."

"Daytime desk clerk on 5/21 was extremely pleasant and helpful. We needed some seafood to remain frozen overnight, and she and Chris made that happen. Then she brought some ice to our room for our drinks. The attached restaurant felt historic (as it certainly is); the food was great; and the service/hospitality warm."

"Terrible check in experience. No one available for questions, etc. I was handed a key and told "your room is up the stairs on the left" IN A HURRY to leave and lock up!!! No one in attendance every time I went downstairs. Never got the wifi password. Won't be returning and I stay in Rockport very frequently. Thought I would give this a try. I actually grew up in a boutique Hotel that my parents owned in the town of Rockport and this is no way to treat a guest especially on the first visit. It...
