"First time going to Salem as an adult. Was greeted by friendly staff who assured us we would not be haunted. Lol! Beautiful hotel with great history. We enjoyed a cocktail while listening to a piano duo. Will definitely be back there again."

"We arrived at 2 and were told we could not check in until 4 unless we paid $50. We went back at 5pm and the room still was not ready. It’s the middle of May. The hotel was NOT very busy. Waited another 1/2 hour for the room.Staff was not too helpful but they did not charge us the extra fees. And ..."

"Pool was only opened till a little after 8 pm arcade was closed water park was closed hotel room wasn’t the greatest found hair in bath tub and sink they left us with no trash bags for the trash cans. Wasn’t a very great experience"
