"Upon checking in the owner was nasty and extremely rude he refused to give me a receipt. I have no issues with deposits but a receipt is a must . The owner said my bank will provider a receipt. Next day I checked on my app and this gentleman.charged me more than the original.deposit charge. I demand a receipt he finally agreed. "Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

"The hotel is a convenient location. There are lots of restaurants nearby and the mall is a 10 minute walk. The property and the rooms are clean and staff is helpful. They also have a very good complimentary breakfast."

"Check-in was a bit of a problem as someone was unexpectedly in my room, maybe didn't check out when they were supposed to be I t room appeared to be booked to me in system. Some noise I. The evening from guests on the floor. Should be quiet rules after midnight or 1am. Otherwise, clean and comfortable and housekeeping excellent"
