"The property is very luxurious. Cannot complain about the hotel etc. The room was huge and great. Staff also excellent Breakfast excellent however room service food was average. The bed is extremely soft and i sunk in my spot - poor sleep as a result. They also only provide one doona - no sheet and it was either boiling hot (with donna on) or freezing (with doona off). "I was very pleased that Four Seasons Sydney allowed us to check in at 11:45 AM, way ahead of their regular 3 PM check-in time. Staff were very courteous. Love the intermittent service for water and room cleaning. Will come back to Four Seasons Sydney and try out Four Seasons in different cities. "

"I was impressed by how efficiently the hotel handled not only check-in and check-out, but also providing information and allowing guests to contact the reception through an iPad. I was also impressed by how I could use the panel in the room to set the "Do Not Disturb" sign and request room cleaning, instead of hanging a tag on the door. In addition, I appreciated the security system in the elevator, which only allowed access to the floors corresponding to each guest's key card."

"We celebrated our birthdays and wedding anniversary locally at Aria, this is a fantastic place to stay so close to the Opera House and Circular Quay… The breakfast could be value for money but it wasn’t great - the hot breakfast was cold and barista made coffee was extra on top of the $39 pp price. "

"This hotel is architectuarally beautiful. We were there in June and as a result of the open stairways to the harbor it was very cold all the time in the restaurant, lobby, and hallway. The free guest laundry was amazing. I may be one of the only people that does laundry on vacation but it made me so happy to have it available and having it for free was even better. The pool and hot tub were warm and clean. The service was good. "

"Our room on the 11th floor was spacious and very quiet, exactly what we wanted. The negative is that the smell, old frying oil, coming from the venues on the ground floor of the hotel found their way through the vents in our room at 6.30 am which made it less enjoyable."
