"We had a problem with the bathroom door and they upgraded us to the suite. Everyone was lovely. The room and the seaview were fantastic. Breakfast was great too. Pity we only spend one night there. "We got a balcony like we asked for (though not guaranteed), and they allowed us to check in early when our room was available and clean. The room was nice, modern, and had just about everything we needed. The reception just downstairs was available at reasonable hours to accommodate however they could, whether that be extra towels or blankets.
