"I was there 4 nights with a 3 years old baby. The mini club was close one of them, the other one we had to pay for making the purposed activity and other one they said that we can left our child if he doesn't leave the olace without their permit. So they meant they wasnt going to take care of him. So mini club was not enjoyed at all. Breakfasta and food is good, with options for the youngest of house. Not the wone and not the free alcohilics drinks.. they are horrible!! also the snacks offered...

"Nydelig sted som overrasket oss. Vi hadde lest vurderinger og gledet oss men vi forventer ikke at atmosværen skulle være så fin. Rommene er ikke av nyeste standar men de var koselige og alle rom i 2. etg med to balkonger og med utsikt til havet. Vi spiste mye på restauranten deres og mat og service var veldig god! Vi har allerede bestilt rom der til vår ferie neste år! 😃"

"Lovely ocean-front boutique hotel on the beach in the Chania area. Great swimming pool. My room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. I’d happily stay here again. "

"Rooftop bar/pool area used for breakfast is a real delight with views of the sea and mountains. The food was exceptional and the dinner buffet very good value head and shoulders above most we have experienced in terms of quality and choice. Very unusual for holiday hotels is the quality of the bedrooms and especially the bed. Excellent in all respects apart from the MUZAK which is played morning noon and night and spoils the wonderful rooftop breakfast experience totally. "

"The lounge offered a very culturally diverse breakfast bar or you could order from the breakfast menu as part of the included breakfast. The staff was out of their way helpful, and they are able to help with booking a car or other excursions on the island of Crete. They responded to all of our requests with grace, kindness and over the top accommodation. It is just outside of Chania city so quieter with big city comforts."

"The location up in the village was breeze, which was nice during the very hot days. But it is on a very busy road, and constantly very noisy for the near room."

"This was an amazing trip, the location is really nice and quiet, close to national road to take you to Chania, lovely town close by called Armenoi with butcher, cheese monger and nice restaurants, close to Kalives with beach bars restaurants etc. The host Stefanos is a lovely friendly man who will assist with any needs. He allowed us to check in nice and early and greeted us with a smile. He would come chat with us daily if he saw us sat outside. No noise at night which is amazing"

"Hermoso y tranquilo paraje, bello enjardinado con linda piscina. Desayuno aceptable sin ser espectacular. Atención amable, aunque no de 24 horas. Apartamento amplio pero con falta de mantenimiento: cocina que no funcionaba y poco equipada, colchones de resortes poco cómodos, baño con mampara rota, que se desarmaba a cada momento y ningún ameniti. En un lugar tan alejado, llegar y no tener ni champú para la ducha puede ser un inconveniente poco agradable. Limpieza impecable. El personal, mujeres...

"Sehr schöne, saubere Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Manos war sehr aufmerksam, die Unterkunft wurde jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt, dabei wurden auch die Handtücher gewechselt. Der Strand war genau wie die Restaurants und der Supermarkt leicht zu Fuß erreichbar."

2/10 Horrible

"Empezamos regular porque solicité instrucciones para la entrada y no me respondieron. Es cierto que me las habían enviado en un mensaje que recibí meses antes, pero creo que merecía una respuesta. La habitación era grande y estaba limpia aunque antigua y no muy bien equipada. Por la mañana la recepcionista nos comunicó que debíamos pagar 21 euros por el uso del aire acondicionado durante tres días, lo cual no habíamos visto nunca. Nos dijo de forma bastante antipática que si no queríamos pagar no tendríamos aire acondicionado, aunque hacía mucho calor ( más de treinta y cinco grados). El tirador del WC no funcionaba. Lo comunicamos en dos ocasiones y seguía sin funcionar. Las fotografías publicadas se corresponden con la realidad; sin embargo el sonido que producían las cigarras era insoportable, de manera que no era agradable salir al balcón durante el día. Pero era peor por la noche: ayer contamos en el balcón (de unos tres metros cuadrados) nueve cucarachas todas correteando a sus anchas. También salían por los desagües de la ducha y del suelo del baño. La higiene por tanto es pésima. No volveríamos a este establecimiento de ninguna manera. "
