"A great escape, perfectly located near Taralga and Wombeyan Caves. I stayed with my friend and her 9-year-old daughter, and we all had an amazing time. The sheep were the highlight for her daughter — the hosts were incredibly kind, letting her feed them, and she even learned all their names. When we left, I'm surprised if she’d tried to sneak Sid into the car with us!"

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the warm and friendly hosts who have truly created a peaceful haven.The cottage itself is rustic and cozy, yet very well-appointed with everything we needed. "Beautiful and extremely quiet spot that our family enjoyed for a few days. Tint Akira has everything you need. Only negative point is that you have to take your rubbish with you with no dump bin at the end of the property. It is not the best after 3 nights with a family of four and a full car!"

"The host was very kind and showed us how to use the generator. Some may be bothered by the noise of the generator. There was no signal (Optus) and no WiFi, so I enjoyed living completely disconnected."

"My sister & I stayed at The Lodge. We had a relaxing but also a fun time. So many things to do in the games room. The views are spectacular. The hosts were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. The Lodge had everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend this property"

"The house is very comfortable and convenient.Plenty of heaters to warm up the house.Some nice supplies in the kitchen including a bottle of orange juice, milk etc.The backyard has some nice outdoor activities for children and plenty of outdoor settings for parents to relax. "Beautiful property breakfast on the deck looking over the fields was specialPerfect location for us. Lunch at Laggan Pantry (in walking distance) was spectacular. Laggan pub also in walking distance."

"The cottage has been renovated recently and is a great mix of heritage and modern comforts. Really well located, right in the centre of town. Jack is also very quick to respond to any questions. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Taralga Terraces - Whiting's Store and loved the town. It was cold so we made the most of the combustion fire and the beds were cozy and warm. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms had all the amenities we needed. We ventured out to Wombeyan Caves and also had dinner at The Argyle Inn which was fantastic. Crookwell is also a lovely little town. Lisa was a great host and easy to communicate with. We would love to come back to this centrally located property."
