"Amazing staff. Room was a little outdated. Restroom had no ventilation. Some of the light fixtures either flickered or did not work. Risk parking on the street side, pay for valet or pay to use the nearest parking garage. Paid 60 bucks to use the Fulton garage for 3 days. Breakfast was typical hot hotel breakfast. Props to the staff for keeping items replenished and fresh. Riverwalk Outlet in walking distance. Burbon St and the French quarter <5 min drive. Starbucks located next door. "

"The staff was wonderful! Our room (520) was a little spooky - felt something stroking my foot in the middle of the night (on the underside - so almost like it was inside of the bed) and then pressure on the bed like someone was standing next to me (you know how the pressue of body weight will make a bed 'sink'). Of course, I had to set up a camera to see what it was and I told the staff / manager - she offered to move us, but I wanted to give it one more night (occurances happened four nights...

"From the moment I arrived until I departed nothing but friendly kind nice staff. Ellie at front desk was so sweet. I was suppose to stay at the hotel where the conference was but opted to stay at the Hyatt around the corner instead and happy about my choice! I felt it was tucked away and private which I appreciated. New Orleans is a wonderful city and place to visit."
