"Everything was great the property was nice the bed and room were comfortable. Breakfast was a delight. You could walk everywhere with ease. Staff was fantastic whom I interacted with Erin was great give her a raise."

"From the moment my Bestie and I checked in we were greeted with nothing but smiles and chatter from the Front desk employees! They were all awesome throughout our stay! The room was nice and mostly clean except when we found a rogue fork behind a table leg, which unless housekeeping moved the table, they wouldn't have seen it. We moved the table to play cards. "Beautiful view from every room and convenient location… everything in the Charleston area is within 20 minutes drive. Shuttle provided if you prefer. Restaurant is the draw on the 15th floor and parking is full in the evening as a result. Price is the best in the area for what you receive. Unfortunately, it is a dated hotel and not always well covered up. Pool and fitness area show their age and the rooms lack detail. This was probably amazing 30 years ago, now it’s ok. "The staff was great , friendly helpful. My only concern is I haven’t yet received my deposit back that was held in case of damages , my dog a dachshund is a medical need dog for sever anxiety , she was always with me never left alone in room she caused no damage "

"They have a pool but dont seem to be trying to repair or fix it and with rain , pools are critical for those with kids , also had to ask for extra towels every night no matter how many were used and put out night before , but for its pricing it was an great place "

"This is a great 2.5 star property. I will stay here again. It's clean, etc. But don't expect bells and whistles. I would have liked 4 pillows instead of 2. But I will live!"

"The room was good-pretty basic. But it was clean, quiet and good a/c. Check-in was ok, had to wait about 5 mins for staff to show up, no apologies for the wait and not friendly!"

"The ceiling in the shower was covered, and I mean completely covered in mold. There rest of the room appeard and felt clean. I was not expecting to see that the next morning. The water pressure fantastic, but I didn't want to spend 1 more second in the shower. "
