Located in the Mantra Sun City Resort, our beautiful and comfortable entire guest suite “Surfer’s Hut” is one of the most “value for money” holiday accommodation available in the centre of Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast.

Sprawling over 40 m2 with a large king size bed, the “Surfer’s Hut” captures beautiful views to the Tambourine Mountain hinterland and part of the Paradise Water.

Imagine being able to stay at your own entire suite yet enjoy all the resort facilities including two outdoor swimming pools with water slides for the kids, an indoor heated pool, a sauna, an indoor and an outdoor spa, two tennis courts, a squash court, 5 BBQ areas, a games room, playground and much more!

Great room for the price, floors were a bit dusty and there was some mould in the shower but otherwise everything was in great shape. Having cutlery and plates provided was greatly appreciated. Location was in easy walking distance of the beach and many other attractions. Only drawback was the noise, lots of construction around and being closer to the ground, there was quite a bit of noise from traffic. Very satisfied with our stay.

Excellent location. Good communications. Clean but showing signs of age

Very happy with room, especially ease of walk to good beach. Very clean room. Pretty small with a shelf for a ‘desk’ with uncomfortable chair. Patio door broken and walls,doors, etc need maintenance. Excellent for two adults

Beautiful place. Difficult check-in process.

Lovely unit. Spectacular view and great location. Unfortunately though as it's privately owned, check-in is through a real-estate agent that lives over half an hour away. We wanted to drop off baggage before a conference, but reception won't have anything to do with you due to being private. Won't even accept a key drop off in an envelope. This makes the owners job more difficult. Shame they can't sort an agreement to make everyone's life easier.

Amazing Views and incredible Comfort

This property has it all! Space, comfort and luxury. The main bedroom is gorgeous and the BED is unbelievably comfortable!!! The views from each room with the balconies are amazing to wake up too, and the floor to ceiling windows make for the best lighting and views all round. We will definitely be staying again and we were greeted so nicely aswell. Reception is great and the pool areas are awesome, slides and spas, not to mention the spa bath in the room!!! So lovely.

Not COVID flexible

We Enjoyed our stay. happy with accommodation. Property manager and check in personnel were great, however the property owner was NOT good to deal with. STAYZ were also NOT good to deal with and would NOT allow rebooking due to Covid travel restrictions, even after going through managers complaints. Luckily for us the borders re-opened the day of our check in, otherwise we would have lost all of our $ without the opportunity to rebook. Would stay at mantra sun city again but would book direct through mantra.

Beautiful Apartment.

We loved every minute staying in this apartment! The views were amazing, even from the front door and the space of the apartment was brilliant! This apartment really catered to everyone’s needs. The complex boasted excellent facilities too including pools and tennis courts for a fun weekend. Would love to stay longer next time.

Great Holiday!!

We had a wonderful time, the facility’s were great the pool’s amazing and close to the beach! We seen whales every day from our unit which put a smile on everyone’s faces😊 amazing holiday!!
