"Zero help checking in when we had problems. Asked the lady who was there to help check in and the response we got was “I don’t know”. Then our last night the restaurant which the hotel is apart threw a party and was blasting music until 1:00 AM."

"Nice apartment hotel, but don`t expect a lot of service outside 0800-1600 where hotel not staffed. We arrive late afternoon, and had not received information prior to arrival, that there would be a code and a keybox. Was lucky that receptionist locked the building just as we arrived (she friendly). ..."
