"We appreciated the overall clean condition of the hotel as well as the quick and friendly response of the staff. The only down side is the fact that there is no safe deposit box in the rooms and the auto shade doesn't provide total darkness at night because of the lights on the patio."

"We stayed at the property for 3 nights while moving our son into an apartment before he started grad school. The location was perfect for us right near his apartment. The staff were friendly and competent. The room was clean, well appointed, and the beds were comfortable. Great shopping/restaurants all in walking distance. "

"What was unique about the property was that the staff was really friendly and kind very respectful they're very accommodating to your needs the rooms are really clean and the housekeeping service is outstanding they really make sure that they have their guests satisfied guaranteed and they are very helpful in so many ways when needed and I would totally give them a $10 if they had the Stars thank you very much I recommend this hotel to anyone who's looking for good and great customer service and...

"Not just a place to stay. The Museum Hotel in Durham brings you in. This old bank building with strict exterior and vast spaces holds a wealth of fantastic art. "The location next to The Duke Medical center was great . The free on site parking with extended use period allowed me to leave my car at the Lodge for the duration of my visit to the Hospital. It was a very rainy day and the free shuttle to the hospital was quick and efficient in a clean vehicle and very nice driver. The breakfast cooked to order was great."
