"We stayed in the cottage for 2 weeks in July 2025 and had a very comfortable holiday, partly exploring and walking the different spots across the peninsula, on southern Skye and in Kintail and partly sat just watching the world (and the dolphins) go by from the super sun room. "This was an amazing location. The house itself is old and charming. We had everything we needed for cooking and eating in; beds were comfy, heaters warmed the rooms well, and the hot water in the shower helped relax after a long day of hiking. Guests should note that the ceilings upstairs are low and the staircase is steep and narrow. There is a downstairs bedroom if that is an issue. We absolutely recommend this house and the area. Don't miss Cafe 1925 in nearby Ardvasar!"

"This is an amazing place to stay! Beautiful , spacious house, off the beaten path, on the beach, perfect for our group of 5 adults.
