"My daughter chose this property for the indoor pool, and it absolutely delivered. The pool was beautiful, well-maintained, and kept the kids entertained and active throughout our stay. The house itself was spotless and even more spacious than we expected. "Best stay ever! The cottage was super cozy and cute! Meticulously decorated with a country vibe and felt welcomed. Super clean and felt safe using kitchen supplies. A very sweet hand written card with farm fresh eggs and a cute succulent was a nice surprise. When going for a walk to the river, all of the friendly neighbors waved at us! That doesn’t happen in NYC. We enjoyed our visit and will be back for sure. "

"Our stay was great even though it rained 3 days we were there the house is very cozy and if you open up all the blinds it’s like you’re still sitting outside! If you have a dog this is a perfect place to set them up with a long lead and let them hang outside with you or walk the property with them which our dog never got old of! Definitely will be staying here again in the fall. "

"I enjoy my weekend in Barryville. Tiny house was as advertised, but once there I felt it was a bit too small for me - I’ve never been in a tiny home before, so didn’t know what to expect. Definitely not ADA friendly - I’m in fairly good shape, but felt a bit unsteady on the stairs and ladder to the loft especially at night. Overall though, it worked for my needs."
