"Tardis like quality of feeling a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. Very clean and homely. Made to feel very welcome.
The animals in the nearby fields are great to watch. The village is tiny noticed two shops, the butchers and a general store but all this added to the feeling of calmness. The accommodation was just far enough away from Whitby but close enough to not be a burden. Unless you’re a serious walker you will need to use the car.
The nearest pub, The Board Inn, is a short...

"As a single traveller I felt very safe and comfortable in this very conveniently located apartment. It’s quaint and had everything I needed a 2 night stay. Extra comfy bed. "Great place, very clean and everything you need for a 2 day break. Beds very comfortable, great shower. Kitchen had everything you needed to make food.
Could have easily stayed longer.
Easy access to shops cafes and restaurants and a short walk away to the beach with only a 2 mile walk to Marske.
