"We cannot say enough about our stay. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and has every amenity you can ask for-- excellent restaurants, night club, lounge, heated pool, game room including pool/table tennis, immaculate gym, and very warm/accomodating staff. Location is out of the main city so it's more peaceful and our Viator tour guides had no problem picking us up from the hotel free of charge for any excursions. "The staff did a really great job housekeeping was always on the ball. The breakfast is definitely worth the investment Great way to start a day with areally nice selection. Depending on the activities you have planned the convenience of the location will make a big difference. For me it was quite a bit of travel to try to get out to any of the Safari and interactivities. But any of the Ubers was quick to take care of that."

"My stay at Villa Rosa Kempinski was excellent. I can't speak highly enough. The service was spectacular, fast, efficient, friendly on all fronts including front desk, room service, housekeeping, everything. All calls to guest services were answered promptly as were calls to order room service. The staff is beyond excellent. HIGHLY recommend."

"If anyone is interested in staying at the glam Hotel, U should understand that the chef is top-notch the chef that comes on at 2 o’clock in the afternoon can cook a lamb chop like no other best chef world worldwide. The front staff is awesome. They do attend to every need. The building currently is undergoing some renovation so I expect the prices to rise, but it’s worth staying there just to eat the food on the rooftop restaurant."
