Què no li ha agradat: Comoditats, estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
We arrived at the hotel very excited and were truly impressed by the beautiful view. Unfortunately, we left feeling very disappointed.
I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels. Sometimes everything is perfect, sometimes just average, and usually small inconveniences can be overlooked. However, in this case our stay in Room 3 was extremely difficult, and we left without having slept.
The main issue was the noise level in the room. The air conditioning unit from the neighboring room appeared to be broken and was making very loud, constant noises throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep. When we reported this, we were told that the heating system would be turned on so that the noise from the broken air conditioner would not be heard. Unfortunately, the noise in the room did not improve.
In addition, the doors of three nearby rooms were extremely loud when opening and closing. We could clearly hear every word spoken by the neighbors, which made the room feel very poorly insulated.
There are also two very cute dogs in the courtyard—nothing against them—but they were barking continuously in the middle of the night.
In the end, falling asleep was only possible with headphones.
What also surprised us was that during checkout we were not asked a single question about how our stay had been.
It is a pity, because the location and the view are truly beautiful, but unfortunately the noise situation made it impossible for us to rest.
